Whom do these guideline apply to
Crewhub's guidelines described below apply to all our registered members. Any company that uses our services, and any third-party partners whith whom we conduct business.

Crewhub’s mission is to offer marine professionals with an online document management platform, dedicated profile, and connect mariner's with potential employers. In connection with our mission, we are committed to not only offer our service to our member, but also to protect all our member, companies, and third-party partners from any unwanted content. Be that in the form of comments, email, uploaded documents, photos, or in any other shape, way, or form that our platform allows you.
It is important to remember that you are the sole owner of all the content, information, and documents that you provide, and upload on to our website. However, in case of guidelines violation, if your content, information, or documents are deemed inappropriate, we will remove all your content, information, and any documents from our website without prior notification.

Crewhub takes extra measures to ensure that all the information that you upload on to our website goes through security checks, and get's encrypted. We only decrypt infomation that is intended for the information owner's review, edit, or deletion. This way, we try to prevent any unwanted display of information to other members of our website. However, we still need to decrypt the information for the information onwer's view, edit, delete, after which the decrypted information can be shared with other or made public. In such cases: the following warrant information deletion and complete removal from our system, without prior notification:

You are fully responsible for, and the sole owner of all the content that you upload, be that content, text, photos, documents, certificates, or any other way, shape, or form that content, information, or documents can be uploaded.
Similarly, if you detect that unwanted information has been published with your account, you are fully responsible for informing Crewhub without any delay. Failure to do so may lead to your account deletion and ban.
- All Crewhub registered members must always be courteous and professional towards other members in online communications.
- All methods of communications, as well information that is personal, be that, profile information, text, images, or document uploads must not contain any material which could be deemed as being offensive. For example, material that is sexist, racist, homophobic, xenophobic, pornographic, paedophilic or similarly discriminatory and/or offensive.
- Furthermore, material that is defamatory, libellous, harassing or threatening must not be uploaded or shared on our website.
- All memberes, businesses, and third-party buiness partners that use our patform/website, must not use abusive language in any way, shape or form.
- Copyrighted, proprietary, itelectual property, trademarked material must not be uploaded on to Crewhub's website without expressed permission of the owner of that information.
- Any other material which is deemed to be inappropriate must not be uploaded.
In case of contrary, all information will be deleted and permanently removed from our system, and your account will be deleted, and banned without prior notification.
